Job Overview

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests in a luxury hospitality setting, delivering refined and attentive service via phone, text, and email. Coordinate with teams to resolve needs efficiently and create seamless experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional point of contact for guests via phone, text, and email
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve guest needs efficiently
  • Assign, track, and follow up on service requests with precision and urgency
  • Communicate real-time updates to guests regarding maintenance, property notices, and HOA communications
  • Address guest concerns with empathy, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all guest interactions and actions taken
  • Stay knowledgeable on property details, systems, and service standards
  • Build respectful, collaborative relationships with teammates, vendors, and partner associations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or luxury service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism under pressure
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to Panama City Beach office
