Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional point of contact for guests via phone, text, and email
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve guest needs efficiently
- Assign, track, and follow up on service requests with precision and urgency
- Communicate real-time updates to guests regarding maintenance, property notices, and HOA communications
- Address guest concerns with empathy, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all guest interactions and actions taken
- Stay knowledgeable on property details, systems, and service standards
- Build respectful, collaborative relationships with teammates, vendors, and partner associations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or luxury service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism under pressure
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to Panama City Beach office
