Inbound Customer Service Agent

Provide enthusiastic inbound customer service support for government-based contracts in security, health & human services, and state benefits. Act as the friendly voice helping callers with their needs through phone interactions.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and deliver friendly, positive service.
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues, assist with equipment navigation, and open support tickets.
- Schedule appointments at designated locations.
- Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Make follow-up calls to keep customers informed.
Qualifications
- Remote-ready setup with reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace.
- Equipment: Computer and monitor provided; USB-wired headset required.
- High school diploma or GED; advanced education preferred.
- Ability to complete extensive credentialing and background check.
- Clear, confident communication skills to build rapport quickly.
- Schedule: Training 9:00a – 4:30p; Regular M-F 9:30a – 6:00p & Sat 8:00a – 12:00p Eastern Standard Time.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
