Job Overview

Support government-based contracts in security, health & human services, and state benefits by handling inbound customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism. Provide friendly service to improve callers’ experiences while working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and serve as the friendly, positive voice for customers.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist with equipment navigation, and open support tickets.
  • Schedule appointments at designated locations.
  • Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Make follow-up calls to keep customers informed.
  • Deliver friendly, fast, and professional service consistently.

Qualifications

  • Remote-ready setup with reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace.
  • Equipment: Computer and monitor provided; USB-wired headset required.
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education is a plus.
  • Ability to complete extensive credentialing and background check process.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Schedule: Training 9:00a – 4:30p; Regular M-F 9:30a – 6:00p & Sat 8:00a – 12:00p Eastern Standard Time.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
