Job Overview

Provide technical support for energy software platform, acting as a liaison between on-site teams and product development. Identify and resolve software/hardware issues, optimize support processes, and document inquiries to ensure proactive communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Answer technical inquiries from installers, partners, and support teams.
  • Serve as technical link between field colleagues and product development.
  • Identify software/hardware errors and improvement potentials based on feedback, supporting resolution and further development.
  • Optimize and develop all support processes.
  • Document, analyze, and communicate incoming inquiries; handle system-wide error documentation in the service portal for proactive updates.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, energy technology, automation, applied computer science (system integration), or similar, including internships or student roles.
  • Knowledge of photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery storage systems, network technology, and IoT systems, or strong ability to quickly learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using trial-and-error to pinpoint error sources.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for helping people and explaining complex processes simply.
  • Fluent German (C-level) and very good English.
