Job Overview

Provide assistance to players in the gaming industry by resolving queries and delivering excellent customer service through email and chat. Work collaboratively with internal teams to handle project requests and offer feedback, without phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Solve player queries related to the game using investigative skills and a ticketing system.
  • Respond to inquiries via email and chat to ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project-related requests and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Act as the voice of the product by gathering insights from players.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Korean language skills at C1-C2 level, especially in writing, for fluent communication.
  • Proficiency in English for daily interactions with colleagues in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Suite apps.
  • Availability for full-time work, 5 days a week, including weekends and shifts.
