Job Overview

This role focuses on visual design in marketing, supporting content creation including short-form copy, social publishing, basic event coordination, and video editing. It offers growth in junior content marketing while rooted in design, in a fast-moving startup building AI and automation learning experiences. Work closely with the founder and a Senior Marketer to maintain brand consistency across sales, marketing, and learning materials.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact sales presentations in Canva and PowerPoint to tell clear stories and close deals
  • Create end-to-end marketing materials: one-pagers, PDFs, ads, social assets, case visuals, website graphics
  • Maintain and evolve visual system: templates, typography, layout rules, reusable components
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints including Marketing, Sales, and Trainers
  • Edit short-form videos for ads and marketing offerings, including cutting, pacing, captions, and formats
  • Turn raw inputs like recordings and snippets into publish-ready content
  • Create simple variations for campaigns with fast iterations and on-brand output
  • Design website sections and branded elements in Figma
  • Build or update landing pages/sections in Webflow
  • Write and refine short-form copy: social captions, ad copy, headlines, CTAs, microcopy
  • Prepare, publish, and schedule social posts with visuals, copy, and formatting
  • Repurpose content into assets like carousels, clips, quote graphics, recap posts
  • Design event and trade fair visuals: booth graphics, banners, roll-ups, signage, print assets, merchandise
  • Support event organization: timelines, checklists, supplier coordination, shipping/print readiness
  • Help with on-site setup when needed
  • Support instructional designers with visual systems for learning: slide templates, workbooks, handouts, workshop materials

Qualifications

  • Strong design fundamentals: hierarchy, layout, typography, composition, brand consistency
  • Portfolio showing real, shipped work and range
  • Confident in Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint
  • Confident in web design and implementation if not too technical
  • Hands-on maker mindset: enjoy producing content and iterating quickly with feedback
  • Solid written English for marketing copy
  • Structured and reliable: juggle multiple requests, manage files cleanly, hit deadlines
  • Confidence to record and edit video content
  • Collaborative communication: work well with Sales, Marketing, and Learning Consultants without leaving them wondering

Nice to Haves

  • Webflow experience or strong motivation to learn fast
  • Motion design skills or advanced video editing workflows
  • Print production experience
  • Experience with events/trade fairs including practical execution and logistics
  • eLearning or instructional design visuals experience
  • German language skills
