Job Overview

This role involves owning and driving product areas in B2B loyalty and rewards platforms at the intersection of loyalty, payments, APIs, and data. You will shape, build, and scale capabilities for partner onboarding, integrations, and high-volume reward flows, collaborating closely with engineering, customer success, and external partners in a hands-on position with significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive defined product areas, translating strategy into requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs with engineering, ensuring usability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work with Customer Success and commercial teams to understand partner needs and turn feedback into improvements.
  • Participate in partner discussions for complex use cases.
  • Shape API-first capabilities, improve onboarding flows, and collaborate on architectural decisions.
  • Contribute to exploratory initiatives in automation, data processing, and cloud workflows.
  • Validate proofs of concept and balance short-term delivery with long-term evolution.
  • Collaborate with design for intuitive B2B experiences and align with Head of Product on roadmap and vision.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, platform, fintech, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven end-to-end product ownership with engineering teams.
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems into actionable requirements.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, or technically complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort in ambiguity.
