Senior Claims Call Center Representative

This remote inbound customer service role involves handling claims in the auto insurance sector, focusing on resolving customer enquiries and improving care processes. Work hours are typically 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. PST, with candidates required to reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Monitor business processes to identify opportunities for customer care improvements.
- Handle first and third-party claims, resolving enquiries from customers and external contacts to ensure customer-focused service.
- Recommend alternative sources or courses of action for efficient day-to-day customer service.
- Receive, investigate, and respond to technical queries from customers and colleagues to provide appropriate advice.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in Customer Service, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree with no prior experience required.
- Experience in auto industry areas such as service repair, auto technology, or parts department.
- 18 or more months of contact center experience preferred.
- Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
