Senior Counsel, Regulatory & Compliance

Job Overview

Serve as a senior member of the Legal team, providing expertise on healthcare regulatory, privacy, AI, product, and compliance matters for a mental health and well-being platform. Collaborate across clinical, product/engineering, security, operations, marketing, sales, people, and finance teams to advise on navigating complex regulations while enabling compliant innovation. Report to the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Compliance & Privacy Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide practical, business-focused advice on healthcare regulatory matters.
• Counsel on privacy, AI, product, and compliance issues arising from digital mental health services.
• Work closely with multiple company functions to support compliant innovation.

• Experience advising on complex regulatory regimes in the healthcare sector.
