Senior Product & Brand Designer

Job Overview

Lead the design and evolution of digital products, client-facing platforms, and the marketing ecosystem. Own the full design lifecycle across product UI, web experiences, brand systems, and visual assets, ensuring clarity, intelligence, and modern AI-native sophistication. Collaborate with engineering, AI, strategy, and growth teams to create intuitive user experiences and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for dashboards, AI agents, internal tools, and client-facing platforms.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI systems.
• Own user flows end-to-end, ensuring clarity, logical architecture, and frictionless navigation.
• Apply usability principles, responsive standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Translate complex AI functionality into interfaces that feel simple, trustworthy, and powerful.
• Design and build high-performance websites and landing pages using platforms such as Framer or similar tools.
• Take projects from concept to live deployment, including layout, interaction design, and optimization for conversion.
• Independently iterate sites rapidly while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
• Develop and evolve brand assets including logos, visual identities, social media content, and decks.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in product and brand design, with a focus on digital products and AI-native interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and building websites.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, strategy, and growth teams.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-velocity environments and move between product thinking and brand execution.
• Experience using AI in creative workflows for research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
