Job Overview

Support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service delivery and operations. This role requires eligibility for background clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
  • Implement and enhance ITIL-based workflows.
  • Develop automation and integrations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and APIs.
  • Support ITOM initiatives such as Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements.
  • Ensure platform stability and security.
  • Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform and integrations.
  • Provide documentation and training.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (ITOM/ITSM).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (Required).
  • CIS-ITSM (Preferred), CIS-ITOM (Highly Preferred), CAD Certification (Preferred), ITIL Certification.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
