Solution Architect
Aivar InnovationsJob Overview
Lead the design of secure, scalable cloud and AI solutions with a focus on multi-cloud, data, and security for enterprise and regulated customers. Combine architecture leadership, presales ownership, and delivery governance to accelerate digital and AI transformation in sectors like government, BFSI, telecom, and large enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery, requirement analysis, and translate business objectives into target cloud, data, AI, and integration architectures and roadmaps.
- Design secure, scalable architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid environments, including landing zones, networking, security, observability, and cost-optimized infrastructure.
- Architect AI, MLOps and data platforms for analytics, GenAI, and automation use cases, aligned with regulatory and data residency requirements.
- Own the presales solution lifecycle: solutioning, sizing, TCO/ROI modeling, bid responses, RFP compliance, technical proposals, and executive presentations.
- Define and implement governance, security-by-design and compliance-by-design controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR/PDPL and sector regulations.
- Create high-level and low-level designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation covering integration, APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and data flows.
- Collaborate with product, security, PMO, delivery and managed services teams to ensure smooth handover, quality execution, and adherence to architecture guardrails.
- Engage and coordinate with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners to build joint solutions, POCs, and GTM motions for AI, security, and cloud modernization offerings.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution and cloud architects, promoting best practices in DevSecOps, IaC, automation, and FinOps.
- Monitor emerging technologies and incorporate them into enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7–10 years in solution/cloud architecture roles, ideally in MSP/CSP, consulting, or large enterprise environments.
- Proven track record designing and delivering multi-cloud or hybrid architectures on AWS, Azure and preferably GCP/OCI for regulated or mission-critical workloads.
- Strong presales background: RFP/RFI ownership, complex deal shaping, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level solution presentations in North America.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and MLOps stacks and integrating AI into enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated leadership in building or leading architecture/presales teams and driving cloud/AI practice growth or revenue in regional markets.
- Experience in data center modernization, application migration, API-led integration, microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift and observability.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, IAM, encryption, zero trust, and regulatory controls in BFSI, government, and telecom.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and ability to define standards, principles, and guardrails.
- Proficiency with DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
