Responsibilities

- Build relationships with parents by understanding children’s academic needs and recommending programs.
- Develop and execute plans to meet enrollment targets and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance and refine approaches for optimal results.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about education, empathetic towards parents, and responsive to tasks.
