Job Overview

Support the property accounting team in managing creditor and debtor accounting for rental and condominium administration, contributing to efficient financial processes in a dynamic real estate platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creditor and debtor accounting, particularly in rental property and condominium management.
• Contribute to payment processing and account reconciliation.
• Support debt collection and quarterly/year-end closings.
• Help prepare annual house money and ancillary cost statements.
• Ensure correct posting of incoming invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with ticket managers to coordinate tasks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in economics or a comparable field.
• Ideally, knowledge of accounting and initial practical experience.
