Job Overview

Provide tax advisory services to a diverse clientele including freelancers, startups, and mid-sized companies in various industries. Work in a flexible full- or part-time role from home, supporting clients’ success stories with professional guidance in financial bookkeeping, annual closings, tax filings, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Advise modern clients on tax matters and accompany them in their business development.
• Assist with ongoing financial bookkeeping, annual financial statements, tax registrations, and tax returns based on service scope.
• Support companies in their digital transformation and serve as the point of contact for tax law questions.
• Optionally participate in internal leadership tasks, projects, and process/structure optimization.
• Collaborate with the team through regular digital exchanges using software solutions.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Steuerfachwirt (Tax Specialist).
• At least two years of experience in tax consulting.
• Proficiency in DATEV and MS Office.
• Comfortable in a modern work environment and digitally savvy.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Reliable, self-responsible, and structured working style.
• Open and enthusiastic personality.
