Develop and maintain strong relationships with members in a defined territory by connecting with business owners, HR representatives, C-Suite executives, finance leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure optimal use of membership benefits, and recommend solutions to support their workplace.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for sales across all service lines within the defined territory using best practices.
- Collaborate with Service Line Leaders and Operations to scope projects, create proposals, and close business.
- Manage the sales pipeline by adding new deals, advancing opportunities, and ensuring accurate forecasts.
- Meet or exceed sales and activity goals, logging interactions in CRM for reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with members through outreach and follow-up.
- Document opportunities in CRM, monitor benefit utilization, and guide members to maximize value.
- Resolve member issues promptly and track outcomes to improve experiences.
- Promote the brand through LinkedIn, networking, and events.
- Develop deep understanding of products and services.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to hold oneself and others accountable to expectations and due dates.
- High tolerance for change, openness to improvement, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to provide regular and consistent attendance.
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience in B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent MS Office and CRM software skills required; proficiency with HubSpot CRM preferred.
