Job Overview

This role involves managing the full end-to-end sales process for assigned customer segments in the Coronary Therapies portfolio. Responsibilities include identifying commercial opportunities, developing account plans, and driving regional and local sales strategies to accelerate business growth and expand market share. The position focuses on engaging clinical and economic stakeholders in the interventional cardiology division.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the annual strategic plan by delivering business intelligence, including market sizing, trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Design and implement sales strategies and action plans for assigned accounts to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, define key touchpoints, and execute engagement plans.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clinical customers and economic stakeholders, promoting value-based and health-economics arguments.
  • Provide clinical support and education on the portfolio, coordinate training sessions, and represent at events.
  • Identify and follow up on sales opportunities from clinical interactions.
  • Monitor tenders, gather intelligence, and develop commercial deals with relevant teams.
  • Proactively visit customers, conduct post-sale follow-ups, and explore additional sales opportunities.
  • Manage capital equipment base, including troubleshooting, sales, and service contracts.
  • Provide periodic updates, contribute to quarterly business reviews, and use reports for sales execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Handle day-to-day account management, including product complaints, orders, inventory, and quality issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or account management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of interventional cardiology devices and PCI portfolios.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and value-based selling.
  • Ability to provide clinical support, education, and handle technical aspects of equipment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence analysis.
  • Understanding of health economics and commercial strategy development.
