This role involves providing dedicated customer support in a collaborative remote environment, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients in online marketing and software. You will act as the central point of contact for customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and contributing to process improvements without any sales responsibilities. Fluency in both English and German is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fixed customer portfolio, proactively building and maintaining personal relationships.
- Provide expert advice on software applications and online marketing via various channels including written, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer inquiries, verify bugs, gather feature requests, and forward them structured to development teams.
- Identify improvement potentials from customer interactions and share proactively with the team.
- Represent the company at international VIP events, business lunches, or trade shows to nurture relationships face-to-face.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in customer support or account management.
- Strong communication skills: precise, empathetic, solution-oriented, and adaptable under pressure, with seamless switching between English and German.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Ability to explain complex matters clearly in written and verbal forms.
- Interest in online marketing and software applications.
