Responsibilities

  • Help launch and scale the direct-to-retailer sales initiative across Europe.
  • Build and manage relationships with local game stores, hobby retailers, and event organizers.
  • Introduce new product lines, share promotions, and offer merchandising/display recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop outreach strategies, set targets, and refine tools and processes.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and regional gaming events.
  • Gather field feedback to help shape future products, promotions, and programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or account management, ideally in gaming, toy, collectible, or lifestyle brand space.
  • Enthusiasm for trading card games (TCG), with knowledge of formats like Commander and Standard, and experience in events.
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and comfort with phone calls, store visits, and follow-ups.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a startup-like environment and can work independently.
  • Based in Europe and open to up to 30% travel.
