The Account Manager role involves building, maintaining, and growing client relationships by managing their advertising campaigns across multiple publishers and platforms, including search, display, social ads, and digital/print media. Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales teams to own client relationships, building rapport, demonstrating transparency, and delivering results against joint business objectives.
- Understand, manage, and anticipate client expectations, gain alignment, and mobilize partner teams while maintaining strong communicative relationships.
- Create consistent open lines of communication, ensuring value stories and service successes align with client needs and goals via performance reviews.
- Articulate media programs to devise strategies and campaign implementation plans.
- Work with sales and post-sales optimization teams to formulate and execute digital strategies that meet and exceed client business goals.
- Advise clients on leveraging ongoing and emerging marketing strategies.
- Ensure a highly consistent marketing message across paid search, organic presence, display, social media, and O&O digital/print channels.
- Demonstrate daily proficiency in customer relationship management, online search, display advertising techniques, and proprietary technologies.
- Review day-to-day campaign performance in collaboration with optimization teams, assess trends, and facilitate actions.
