Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing deals and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management data including accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Support the sales team in building sales collateral.
- Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Cross-sell leads with other products in the ecosystem.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and close deals effectively.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients using CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive from social media agencies (required).
- Proven experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
- Highly personable with excellent communication skills to gain client buy-in.
- Credible and competent with a record of working with senior leadership in target accounts.
- Quick thinker who enjoys building from scratch and is driven to hit and exceed targets.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and experienced in remote work.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the Israel and USA startup ecosystems.
