  • Identify process efficiencies and maintain company dashboard, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Develop account plans, set goals with managers, anticipate needs, and generate leads using available resources.
  • Provide expert guidance, resolve issues quickly, and communicate effectively with customers and teams.
  • Track and analyze key metrics like revenue growth and satisfaction, implement reviews, and use insights for strategic decisions.
