Job Overview

This role involves fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, acting as a secondary point of contact, and supporting sellers to drive growth. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through routine collaboration and communication, understanding customer needs and addressing concerns.
  • Act as secondary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and escalations, responding promptly to emails and participating in events like open houses and trade shows.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business, conduct account reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to align with goals and identify efficiencies.
  • Maintain company dashboard, accounts, and opportunities; develop account plans and set measurable goals with territory managers.
  • Anticipate customer needs, generate leads, act as trusted advisor, resolve issues, and track key metrics like revenue growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with detailed communication and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to assess situations, collaborate with teams, and provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like dashboards for tracking metrics and opportunities.
