Responsibilities
- Work on administrative tasks to support the team to a high standard.
- Contribute to a smooth-running, busy, and evolving service through collaborative teamwork.
- Support the Leadership Team in completing monitoring reports in a timely manner.
- Assist the Leadership Team to meet organisational requirements.
Qualifications
- Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Confidence in using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment and independently with initiative.
- Effective written and verbal communication with various people.
- Responsibility for projects or tasks, delivering within agreed timescales.
- Manage and prioritise workload within deadlines.
- Proactive ability to work remotely independently.
