Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of new developments while leading an interdisciplinary project team.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into technical requirements with a ‘Volunteer-first’ focus.
• Coordinate with external service providers and freelancers for platform implementation.
• Prepare reports and materials for funding providers, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
• Document results for team integration and scalability across the sector.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or product management, ideally at the intersection of web development or SaaS.
• Experience in user-centered product development, translating needs into actionable requirements for digital products.
• Collaboration with developers, agencies, or freelancers, prioritizing requirements and preparing technical decisions.
• Ability to simplify complex processes for internal teams and external partners.
• Passion for using technology to remove barriers for people with speech or reading difficulties and promote inclusion.
• Hands-on mentality with lean processes (development → pilot → feedback) and overview during plan adjustments.
