Creative Strategist

This role focuses on bridging product expertise in health, eco-friendliness, and transparency with audience attention on platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Meta Ads. The position involves creating viral content strategies and optimizing ad performance to dominate conversations on domestic health.
Responsibilities
- Design recurring high-viral potential formats for organic content, such as debunking toxic products, provocative explanations, and real-life tests, thinking in series rather than isolated posts.
- Analyze Meta and TikTok Ads accounts, propose structured creative recommendations, identify top organic content to adapt into ads, and create iterations for hooks, CTAs, and angles to scale campaigns.
- Write performance-calibrated scripts and briefs with powerful hooks, fluid narrative structures, and precise wording; brief content creators and editors down to the details.
- Supervise UGC creators and editors to ensure the final output aligns with strategic vision and platform-native codes, without handling production yourself.
- Analyze metrics like watch time, hook rate, ROAS, and CPA in Meta/TikTok Business Managers, and continuously iterate based on insights.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in ad creative strategy with deep understanding of Meta and/or TikTok advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of what makes videos viral, including algorithms, formats, and trends.
- Ability to turn data insights into impactful creative ideas.
- Strong writing skills to simplify technical topics like health, ingredients, and ecology into simple, engaging, sometimes provocative messages.
- Analytical mindset combined with strong creativity, comfortable with dashboards and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills to brief creators, challenge angles, and defend ideas.
