Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and define requirements like user stories and specifications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, development, marketing, and management teams.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses, identify features based on user feedback, and manage backlogs and releases.
• Optimize internal processes, create SOPs, and collaborate with customer support on issues.
• Monitor app performance, KPIs, user behavior using tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics, and conduct A/B testing.
• Coordinate sprints, meetings, stakeholders, app stores, bugs, and monetization strategies.
• Analyze growth opportunities and support user acquisition and retention measures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment; app experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or management-related field preferred.
• Great command of English; German or Russian is a plus.
• Structured, autonomous worker who values efficiency, quick results, and hands-on involvement without unnecessary bureaucracy.
