Job Overview

The role involves supporting the General Manager in managing a children’s development center, focusing on creating a positive learning environment for coaches and families, driving sales performance, and reducing member attrition. As a key leader, the position emphasizes delivering exceptional experiences for kids, families, and team members while handling operations, coaching, and staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain lead management through CRM tools, finalize sales and bookings, source events for brand awareness, and train staff on vetting processes.
  • Monitor center KPIs and financials, build family relationships, oversee maintenance and initiatives, handle cleaning, manage schedules, and sell events like camps and parties.
  • Foster coaching culture, assess and document coaches, partner on onboarding and training, support professional development, and communicate via Slack and email.
  • Coach students aged 15 months to 11 years using curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development; record data via app; work in physically intensive environment lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Membership sales experience highly desired.
  • Athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years; passion for working with children and comfort speaking to parents.
  • Achieve Coach Certification and complete required training.
  • Prior pediatric OT/PT experience a plus; management experience preferred.
  • Practical experience with Google and Microsoft platforms; comfort with systems.
