Responsibilities
- Direct middle market engagements and client projects by cultivating productive relationships and establishing expectations.
- Strategize the engagement process, provide corrective actions, and identify scope changes.
- Identify effective means to meet objectives, including technology and personnel mix.
- Provide mentorship to Staff and Senior Accountants as well as seasonal interns.
- Ensure engagements are completed timely, within budget, and with acceptable realization.
- Understand technical issues, standards, laws, and regulations to solve complex client problems.
- Inform firm members on changes in standards, regulatory requirements, and industry laws.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and identify service expansion opportunities.
- Adhere to firm processes, privacy policies, and professional codes of conduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and Licensed CPA.
- 4+ years of progressive auditing experience.
- Exposure to leading and training less experienced Audit staff members.
