Responsibilities

  • Direct middle market engagements and client projects by cultivating productive relationships and establishing expectations.
  • Strategize the engagement process, provide corrective actions, and identify scope changes.
  • Identify effective means to meet objectives, including technology and personnel mix.
  • Provide mentorship to Staff and Senior Accountants as well as seasonal interns.
  • Ensure engagements are completed timely, within budget, and with acceptable realization.
  • Understand technical issues, standards, laws, and regulations to solve complex client problems.
  • Inform firm members on changes in standards, regulatory requirements, and industry laws.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and identify service expansion opportunities.
  • Adhere to firm processes, privacy policies, and professional codes of conduct.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Licensed CPA.
  • 4+ years of progressive auditing experience.
  • Exposure to leading and training less experienced Audit staff members.
