Responsibilities
- Collaborate on developing and refining curriculum and thematic structures for foster child care and full-time care.
- Conduct comprehensive research on current literature, evidence-based methods, and best practices.
- Create practical, specialized learning content based on existing concepts or jointly developed structures.
- Edit and proofread existing texts for language and content accuracy.
- Ensure precise, understandable content presentation with high linguistic and professional standards.
- Contribute to strategic development by identifying and integrating industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Social Work, Social or Special Education, Childhood or Special Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or related field; additional qualification or experience in trauma, attachment, or child mental health is advantageous.
- Practical experience in foster child care (full-time care per § 33 SGB VIII) or related child and youth welfare fields is desired.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong sense for audience-appropriate and user-friendly text formulation.
- Precise, detail-oriented work ethic ensuring highest professional and linguistic standards.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work accurately and independently, and adherence to agreements and deadlines.
- Teamwork and organizational skills to collaborate closely with the product development team.
