Support innovative German companies in accessing government funding for R&D projects by structuring innovations, preparing technical documentation, and assisting with grant applications. Responsibilities

• Analyze customer products and projects to highlight their innovation potential.
• Transform product development and project ideas into structured, compelling technical grant applications in German.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with founders, CTOs/CPOs, and other stakeholders about their projects.
• Assist customers in applying for and receiving funding disbursements.

Qualifications

• Ambitious with a strong sense of quality.
• Relevant experience in software development or technical projects.
• Interest in new technologies, trends, and software tools.
• Successfully completed a master’s degree in a technical or natural sciences field (ideally computer science, mechanical engineering, or bioengineering).
• High-level German (clear, concise, persuasive, scientific) and fluent English.
• Knowledge of economic contexts or startup experience is a plus.
