Job Overview

This role involves designing curricula for training programs in funding, certification, and marketing education within a startup building an educational ecosystem. Work closely with founders to create practical, learner-focused content for formats like KOMPASS training and TÜV certification.

Responsibilities

• Design curricula for training formats including KOMPASS-Schulung, TÜV-Personenzertifizierung, Marketing-Ausbildung, and others.
• Collaborate with the founder team to align course plans and content, contributing your own ideas.
• Serve as the contact for external partners like TÜV, maintaining professionalism and structure.
• Develop functional materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Design training from the learner’s perspective, focusing on smart, practical, and concise approaches.
• Manage oversight of multiple formats and coordinate content across courses.

Qualifications

• Experience developing training programs, curricula, or educational concepts in any context.
• Structured, proactive work style with ability to contribute original ideas.
• Skill in simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience in further education, e-learning, certification, or similar is a plus.
• Clear and reliable communication, including with external partners.
• Comfortable using AI tools where appropriate.
