Job Overview

Own the end-to-end configuration and implementation of customer onboarding and expansion projects, driving standardization and repeatability across delivery. Translate customer requirements into scalable configurations, reduce reliance on engineering, and enable faster onboarding. Work directly with customers to design and optimize acquirer to merchant journeys, configure the platform using no-code tools, and validate end-to-end flows. Contribute to building a system-led delivery model through playbooks, reusable templates, and structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Run structured workshops with stakeholders to capture as-is and to-be processes, map and optimize merchant lifecycle journeys, and translate business rules into requirements and process flows.
• Configure modules, workflows, rules, hierarchies, data structures, forms, and reporting packs; manage environment baselines, versioning, and decision logs; deliver solutions primarily through configuration.
• Define data mappings, support imports, validation, and reconciliation; collaborate with integration engineers on APIs and error handling.
• Define and execute UAT processes, including test cases, execution, defect tracking, and validation of end-to-end workflows.
• Orchestrate rollout waves, manage communications, ensure operational readiness, and support early-life operations.
• Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and patterns; identify standardization opportunities; contribute to continuous improvement of delivery framework.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and artefacts; ensure structured handover to support teams with complete documentation and readiness criteria.
• Work within delivery tools like Jira; manage multiple projects concurrently, provide status updates, and raise blockers early.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in Implementation Analyst / Configurat role.
