This role involves serving as a Business Consultant in HR outsourcing services, focusing on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for PEO solutions to streamline HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target businesses in need of PEO or HR outsourcing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their HR needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Use Salesforce to manage sales cycles, track leads, and report on pipeline progress.
- Present HR outsourcing services, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, risk management, and HR technology solutions like UKG Ready.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Work closely with marketing and service/operations teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of PEO experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in PEO or HR Outsourcing industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with UKG Ready or other HRIS systems.
- Ability to aggressively prospect for new business.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
- Established network of businesses and associations in their area of residence.
