Responsibilities
- Identify and target key accounts within medical device and life sciences sectors
- Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships
- Communicate value proposition through presentations and client engagement
- Apply consultative sales approach to understand client needs and qualify opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Develop strategic account plans to expand business
- Partner with internal teams for customer success
- Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Collaborate on technical proposals and develop sales strategies
- Handle client communications, negotiations, and bookings forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience selling custom automation or engineered solutions
- Experience in medical device or life sciences industry strongly preferred
- Proven success in new business development and closing complex deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
