Job Overview

Lead business development efforts in the automotive industry by identifying opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, building relationships, and negotiating partnerships to drive revenue and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of three years of service-based sales experience, with emphasis on prospecting and hunting new business opportunities.
  • Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls.
  • Desire to increase business opportunities by being actively involved in the community.
  • Experience using social media tools for lead generation and networking.
  • Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients.
  • Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License, and ability to use personal vehicle daily.
  • Ability to understand and apply basic business acumen and financial concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven sales experience in a service-based selling environment; automotive industry experience preferred.
