Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with prospective clients

  • Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and respect
  • Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and activity

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, business development, coaching, or self-employment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent activity
  • Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and building new client relationships
  • Excellent English skills
