Job Overview

This role involves serving as the first point of outbound contact for potential partners, targeting entrepreneurs and e-commerce sellers in the Brazilian market for an end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cold calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage potential clients using provided lead lists, and timely respond to customers’ questions.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads, identify pain points, and assess fit for solutions.
  • Perform research and mapping to identify key decision-makers and contact details when information is not available.
  • Navigate objections confidently, turning skeptical prospects into interested leads through active listening and smart positioning.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound pre-sales or B2B outreach.
  • Fluent Portuguese with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, proactivity in lead engagement, and a smart, people-oriented approach to business development.
  • Ability to maintain high performance in a high-volume outreach environment without getting discouraged by routine or rejection.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
