Job Overview

This role involves taking ownership of market development for AI-integrated business telephony solutions in the Netherlands, driving early customer traction, and shaping the go-to-market strategy. You will act as the central link between the Dutch market and internal teams, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to build and scale presence in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy for Placetel AI in the Netherlands
  • Identify relevant target industries, segments and AI voice use cases
  • Build and maintain relationships with early adopter customers and key stakeholders
  • Support customer acquisition in close collaboration with Sales and Presales teams
  • Accompany customers through onboarding, implementation and early adoption phases
  • Ensure customer success during the critical early lifecycle of AI deployments
  • Collect and structure customer and market feedback to improve product-market fit
  • Contribute to product positioning, messaging and roadmap discussions
  • Develop local best practices, success stories and reference use cases
  • Support scalable go-to-market processes for the Dutch market
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales teams across countries

Qualifications

  • Experience in market development, business development, customer success or consulting
  • Background in SaaS, AI or technology-driven environments is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a must
  • German skills are a plus, not a requirement
  • Strong interest in AI, automation and cloud communication technologies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in an early-stage setup
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
  • Cultural sensitivity and solid understanding of the Dutch market
