Job Overview

Lead the development and execution of capture strategies for defense-related opportunities, focusing on IT services, software development, cloud, cyber solutions, and mission support. Drive business development processes from opportunity qualification through proposal submission, managing cross-functional teams to secure contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute capture strategies, including win themes, solutions, competitive assessments, shaping, teaming, price-to-win, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
  • Manage capture pursuits, track performance to cost and schedule, and communicate status to leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
  • Shape opportunities throughout the lifecycle to increase win probability.
  • Establish teaming strategies and competitive pricing for profitable returns.
  • Develop marketing strategies and contribute to market account plans aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Capture/Business Development with a track record of leading opportunities over $100M.
  • Strong background in IT Services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud, Cyber solutions, and defense mission support.
  • Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • US Citizenship and Secret Clearance required, with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
