Responsibilities
- Develop and execute capture strategies, including win themes, solutions, competitive assessments, shaping, teaming, price-to-win, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
- Manage capture pursuits, track performance to cost and schedule, and communicate status to leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
- Shape opportunities throughout the lifecycle to increase win probability.
- Establish teaming strategies and competitive pricing for profitable returns.
- Develop marketing strategies and contribute to market account plans aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Capture/Business Development with a track record of leading opportunities over $100M.
- Strong background in IT Services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud, Cyber solutions, and defense mission support.
- Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams.
- US Citizenship and Secret Clearance required, with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
