Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review mid-year requests, system changes, and new client applications for certification readiness and completeness.
- Work collaboratively with teams to maintain consistency, integrity, and quality while role modeling a shared vision and caring culture.
- Provide support to clients on mid-year requests, changes, technical assistance, onboarding, and understanding of certification requirements.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication to help clients comprehend compliance matters and procedures.
- Proactively communicate with clients to deliver positive customer service and follow the client journey map.
- Assist clients with using online tools and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a professional office environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
