Job Overview

Lead accounting and financial reporting for a growing multi-location pediatric dentistry practice. Oversee monthly close, consolidated financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, and compliance. Partner with leadership to provide insights and strengthen internal controls across 12 locations. The role is hands-on, detail-driven, and supports multi-site operations in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial close and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights.
• Strengthen internal controls and processes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license in Wisconsin.
• Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
