Job Overview

Join an international remote team to support social media creators in managing their community and marketing exclusive content. This role involves written communication with followers, building customer relationships, and executing sales strategies directly in chats, with anonymous task execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct written communication with followers, fans, and community members via messaging platforms.
• Present and market exclusive content.
• Build customer relationships and engage actively.
• Implement individual sales strategies directly in chats.
• Manage independent revenue responsibility with direct commission on sales results.
• Collaborate with the internal supervisor team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written expression in German (spelling and grammar).
• Sales talent and motivation to generate revenue independently.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and understanding of customer needs.
• Structured, self-responsible work approach.
• Discretion in handling sensitive data.
• Willingness for flexible shift times (including evenings and weekends).
• Comfort working in an open, creative environment with exclusive content.
