Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the brand across all markets, channels, and audiences, translating core philosophy into identity, standards, voice, and messaging.
  • Establish brand consistency across 35+ chapters while honoring local character.
  • Own full-funnel marketing strategy for new member growth across organic, digital, referral, content, and partnership channels.
  • Develop audience positioning and messaging for CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives.
  • Partner with sales and regional directors to align marketing with revenue goals.
  • Design the marketing layer of the full member journey, focusing on experience and retention.
