- Establish brand consistency across 35+ chapters while honoring local character.
- Own full-funnel marketing strategy for new member growth across organic, digital, referral, content, and partnership channels.
- Develop audience positioning and messaging for CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives.
- Partner with sales and regional directors to align marketing with revenue goals.
- Design the marketing layer of the full member journey, focusing on experience and retention.
