Develop and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy, combining data-driven performance marketing with creative brand building to drive sustainable growth in eCommerce and retail. Build and manage a high-performance marketing team of 15+ members, oversee a multi-million Euro budget, and collaborate cross-functionally to establish the brand in European and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies for growth in eCommerce and retail, responsible for KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CLV, and brand metrics.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performance marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Strategically plan and optimize performance channels such as Paid Social, SEA/SEO, Influencer Marketing, and CRO, focusing on efficient customer acquisition and scalable testing.
- Build and optimize CRM strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, including retention programs, segmentation, and personalization of customer journeys.
- Advance brand positioning, provide creative direction for campaigns, and collaborate on integrated campaign ideas.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for international expansion, including market analysis, localization, and management of international campaigns.
- Manage marketing budget, utilize attribution models and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, and Excel for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
