Job Overview

This is a senior role reporting to the CEO, serving as an integrator across the leadership team to translate decisions into action, maintain organizational rhythm, and ensure strong cross-functional execution. The position acts as a force multiplier, combining strategic partnership, facilitation, and operational support to drive cohesion and effectiveness throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, facilitate, and improve management team collaboration, including weekly meetings and quarterly retreats.
  • Own decision-rights frameworks, commitment tracking, and resolution of ambiguities for the leadership team.
  • Monitor team health, dynamics, and adherence to leadership charter and norms.
  • Foster a culture balancing agility, learning, focus, discipline, and high standards.
  • Maintain visibility across teams and projects, addressing cross-functional challenges in timing, ownership, scope, sequencing, and coordination.
  • Build and iterate processes for effective cross-functional communication, collaboration, and follow-up.
  • Steward the organization’s planning, priority-setting, and review cadence.
  • Own internal communication, ensuring decisions are clearly and consistently shared across leadership, staff, and partners.
  • Establish cadences for staff forums, written updates, and leadership touchpoints.
  • Steward organizational culture through rituals, practices, and ways of working, applying a change management lens.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, brainstorming solutions to challenges.
  • Lead preparation and planning for Board of Directors and support board management.
  • Lead and execute special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and retreats.
