Job Overview

This role involves building and leading the revenue engine for a curated leadership community scaling nationally and globally. You will own full revenue across three distinct sales channels, set strategies, close high-ticket deals personally, and develop scalable systems while reporting to the CEO. The focus is on aggressive growth, performance culture, and mission alignment in a community built on presence and authentic engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead teams for three revenue channels: digital-driven high-ticket closing, relationship-based sales, and a third channel implied in the structure.
  • Close deals personally through calls, video, or in-person to set standards and prove strategies.
  • Develop sales playbooks, coaching, objection handling, and follow-up cadences for elite performance.
  • Collaborate with CMO and marketing agencies to optimize ad campaigns and achieve Cost Per Acquisition targets of $1,000 or better.
  • Own the full revenue number and contribute to national expansion as an executive peer.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-ticket sales with one-call closes from both buyer and seller perspectives.
  • Proven track record in building scalable revenue systems and leading sales teams.
  • Strong skills in systems thinking, performance coaching, and aggressive growth strategies.
  • Alignment with mission-driven organizations focused on long-term value creation.
  • Comfort with hands-on involvement in sales processes before delegation.
