Job Overview

This role involves leading a team of BCBAs, overseeing operational areas such as intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting, and driving growth through system improvements and metric tracking in an ABA therapy context. It requires hands-on experience in clinical and operational workflows to ensure quality care and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, support, and develop a team of BCBAs while maintaining strong clinical standards and providing decision-making support.
• Oversee intake processes for smooth client onboarding.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maximize consistency and utilization.
• Support recruiting efforts for BCBAs and RBTs.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
• Collaborate on expansion initiatives and build scalable systems.
• Track and improve key metrics like utilization, retention, and team performance.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with prior hands-on experience as a Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing clinical teams.
• Understanding of operational aspects of ABA therapy, including workflows.
• Self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys leading people.
• Energized by growth and building systems rather than just maintaining them.
