Responsibilities

• Overall commercial responsibility including steering finances, controlling, and commercial processes
• Monitor numbers, development, and liquidity
• Develop structures and processes, take over existing workflows and improve them purposefully
• Ensure clear, functional structures
• Lead a small, established team by providing direction and support as needed
• Manage central areas such as IT, compliance, data protection, and other administrative functions
• Conduct negotiations with customers and partners and build relationships
• Think entrepreneurially, question decisions, and actively develop the company

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in a commercial role with responsibility
• Confident handling of numbers, controlling, and business administration topics
• Understanding of structures and processes
• Experience with central company areas like HR, IT, or contract management
• Eye for functional workflows and meaningful further development
• Clear in communication and reliable in collaboration
• Lead with trust and support the team as needed
• Entrepreneurial thinking, taking responsibility, and bringing own ideas
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of German and English
