Creative & Conversion Lead

This role focuses on elevating creative and marketing performance by developing innovative concepts, analyzing market trends, and optimizing creatives for better conversion rates across various channels. It involves a blend of creativity, performance analysis, and data-driven testing in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new creative concepts for campaigns, advertorials, and lead paths from idea to implementation, including hooks, messaging, and storylines.
- Manage the further development of creatives across channels like social, native, and display.
- Continuously analyze successful creatives in the market to derive new ideas, formats, and approaches.
- Create systematic variants of creatives, headlines, hooks, and visual concepts for quick testing.
- Design new landing pages, advertorials, and lead paths from a creative perspective, including mockups, wireframes, or sketches.
- Use modern tools, especially AI-based ones, for rapid creation, iteration, and scaling of creatives.
- Structure and prioritize creative and conversion tests, evaluating them based on data.
- Ensure creatives not only look good but also perform measurably and convert effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally focused on creatives, conversion rate optimization, or lead generation.
- Strong intuition for creatives that capture attention and convert strongly.
- Experience developing creatives for various channels (e.g., social, native, display).
- Proficient with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop or equivalents).
- Experience using AI tools for creative creation (e.g., for copy, visuals, or idea generation).
- Good understanding of marketing psychology and effective user addressing.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization of creatives.
- Structured, prioritizing work style with the ability to evaluate ideas, make decisions, and maintain focus.
- High quality standards, critical thinking, and proactivity.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, web, or development teams.
